Physical Examination

Students registering for ATHLETICS must have a current sports physical examination form submitted for the athletic assistant's review before the student is authorized to participate in practice or tryouts. Physicals cannot expire during the sports season your student is participating in, NO EXCEPTIONS. We recommend having a summer physical for your athlete so participation is not delayed.
 
 
If you are unable to upload a physical or have other problems with the registration system, please contact the website's technical support at support@rschooltoday.com. 
 
Students registering for ACTIVITIES do not need a physical.
 

Sports Payment

Students will not be allowed to participate in practices or tryouts until the current registration fee as well as any outstanding student fees are paid or a payment plan is set up. Because athletics fees are not required of all students, the registration fee is not automatically added to a student's account.

 
Payments are made through Campus Payments. Login to your parent account then select "optional payments" in the lower right-hand corner. Next select your sport (PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS YOUR SPORT). If you do not see your sport, please do not select just any; call the Pine Creek bookkeeping office for assistance. Once you have selected your sport you will be able to add it to your cart and make a payment. If you do not want to make a payment through Infinite Campus, you may pay by cash, check, or credit card through our bookkeeping department. We encourage everyone to pay electronically as much as possible.
